Tuition Fee (Associate Member): GHC 8,625.00

Tuition Fee (Membership): GHC 8,625.00

Tuition Fee (Fellowship): GHC 9,200.00

Residency Fee (Foreign Membership Resident): USD 10,000.00

Residency Fee (Foreign Fellowship Resident): USD 11,500.00

Residency Fee (Foreign Associate Resident): USD 8,000.00

Examinations & Other Fees

Preliminary/Associate Examination Fee: GHC 230.00

Membership Examination (3rd Year): GHC 575.00

Seminar/Workshop: GHC 184.00

Examination – Fellowship: GHC 1,150

Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

Fees for programs and short courses like CPDs is published by the College when the specific program or course is due.

Payment Information

All payments (Admission, Tuition, Examination, Seminar, and Clinical kits) are done using Trans flow at any Republic Bank Branch in the name of Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives.

The above services can be paid using the GCNM Payment platform (Ghana.gov Platform) by providing the basic information of the payee (Full name, Contact Number, Email Address, and the Type of Service)

Enter the alias of the Institution eg. GCNM
Select the form to purchase
Wait for a prompt to authorise the transaction or approve payment on *170#, "My Approval" if the prompt delays.

How to Purchase Application Voucher on the Web

Click on the link https://online-voucher.transflowitc.com/
Click on the “Buy Form” button beside the institution name
Click on the form you want to purchase.
Enter your name, phone number and email address
Select the payment method of your choice eg Momo or Card
For Momo, select the Network and Enter the Phone number and authorize the transaction or navigate to “My approvals payment” on*170,# if the prompt delays
For the Card, enter your Card number, expiry date, and CVV and click on Pay
The voucher details will be sent to your email after a successful payment has been made

Purchase of Application Voucher

The cost of 2024-2025 Application Voucher: GHC 220.50

The voucher of the Application form can be purchased via USSD Code and paid by Mobile Money (Momo) or purchased through Republic Bank at any branch using Transflow.

How do I know if payment has been successfully received by the College?

You will receive an SMS payment notification confirming payment has been received by the College. Furthermore, an official electronic Receipt of payment made would be shared via email through the Ghana.gov platform.

Can you pay Tuition fees into the College bank account or momo number?

No. All payments (Admission, Tuition, Examination, Seminar, and Clinical kits) should be done using Trans flow at any Republic Bank branch in the name of Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives. The bank will give an official electronic receipt after the successful payment.
