Guidelines for Registration and Payment

Fellows, Members and Associate Members

Registration Fee – GHc1,250 (closing 30th September, 2025)

Non-Fellows and Affiliates

Registration Fee – GHc1,250 (closing 30th September, 2025)

Residents and Students

Registration Fee – GHc1,100 (closing 30th September, 2025)

International Participants

Registration Fee – $150 (closing 30th September, 2025)

Induction Fee – GHC 863
Rental of Gown – GHC 173
Purchase of Gown – GHC 950 (compulsory for Members and elected Fellows)

The Payment Process

All payments (registration, induction, purchase of gown, rental of gown, and annual subscription fees) should be made on the GCNM payment platform. Click on this link https://gcnmonline.com to access the payment platform.

At the payment platform, click on ‘click here to pay’ then pay for your registration fees (this includes conference registration, feeding, drama and cocktail).

You will receive notification with an Invoice Number on your phone or in your email after payment on the platform.

Enter the Invoice Number to complete the payment process.

After payment, click on ‘click here to register’ then enter your Invoice Number to complete the conference registration form.

Finally, click on ‘pay for other services’ to pay for all other services such as induction fee, rental of gown, purchase of gown and subscription fee.

In case you want to pay later after receiving the Invoice Number, kindly click on Pay Invoice at the top right corner of the platform then enter your Invoice Number to complete the payment process.

Download your invoice (pdf) from the platform after completing the payment process. This invoice serves as your receipt of payment. You do not need to pick up any receipt from the College again at the conference venue.

However, if you prefer to pay at the bank, use the downloaded invoice to complete the payment process at the bank.

Guidelines for Accommodation Reservation

Payment for accommodation should be made through GCNM payment platform (https://gcnmonline.com).
Click on the accommodation link to check the rate and type of room available before you reserve the room.
You are required to pay within 24hours after booking to secure your preferred room. The reserved room will be allocated to someone should you fail to pay within 24hours.

Payments of Annual Subscription

Fellows, Members and Associate Members are encouraged to pay all outstanding annual subscription fees using the GCNM payment platform (https://gcnmonline.com). Click on pay for other services at the platform then select subscription.

ONLY FULLY PAID-UP MEMBERS WILL HAVE THEIR NAMES PUBLISHED IN THE 2025 AGSM BROCHURE
